HeyBaji Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

By accessing heybaji.link, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager through the HeyBaji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use HeyBaji and should not proceed with registration.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and HeyBaji. They apply at all times during your use of the platform, including when browsing without a registered account. HeyBaji reserves the right to update these terms at any time and will notify registered users of material changes via their registered contact information. Your continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are accessing HeyBaji on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that you accept these terms on their behalf. In such cases, the words "you" and "your" apply to both you and that other person.

To use HeyBaji you must register an account. Registration is free and available to any individual who meets the eligibility criteria set out in this section. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register on HeyBaji or to use any service offered through the platform. HeyBaji takes underage gambling seriously. If there is any reason to believe that a registered account is being used by or on behalf of a minor, the account will be suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals will be frozen, and the matter will be escalated for review. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms.

One Account Per Player: Each player is entitled to hold one active HeyBaji account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, different phone numbers, or through the use of shared devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, HeyBaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice and to void any associated bets, bonuses, and balances.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your HeyBaji login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact HeyBaji support immediately. HeyBaji will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable password security.

• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number during registration.
• Your registered name must match the name on the CNIC you submit for KYC verification.
• You must not register an account on behalf of a third party.
• You must notify HeyBaji if any registered account details change.
• Accounts registered with false information may be suspended without notice.

All financial transactions on HeyBaji are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). HeyBaji does not apply currency conversion charges on its end. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits: The minimum deposit via mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) is Rs 200. The minimum deposit via bank IBFT or card is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your HeyBaji wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment processor — this is typically instant for mobile wallet transfers and within thirty minutes for bank IBFT. HeyBaji does not charge any fee on deposits.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT and card withdrawals. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear photograph of your CNIC alongside a matching selfie. Once verified, all subsequent withdrawals process without additional identity checks.

Withdrawal Destinations: Withdrawals must be processed to an account or wallet registered in your own name. HeyBaji does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Providing false withdrawal account details will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the withdrawal amount pending investigation.

Transaction Errors: If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify HeyBaji support within 72 hours of the transaction date. HeyBaji will investigate and, where an error has occurred on the platform's part, will rectify the discrepancy within a reasonable timeframe. Claims made after the 72-hour window may not be accepted.

HeyBaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the point of claiming and on the relevant promotional page. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. This means that before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn, the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly when the bonus is claimed. Attempting to withdraw before requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your balance.

Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new HeyBaji players making their first deposit. It is claimable once per player and once per household. Players who have previously held a HeyBaji account under any identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

• Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while certain casino games may contribute at lower rates.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period — unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed at expiry.
• HeyBaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — results in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

All bets placed on HeyBaji are governed by these general betting rules and the specific rules applicable to each sport, game type, or market. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to that sport.

Bet Placement and Confirmation: A bet is considered placed and binding once HeyBaji has issued a bet confirmation number. Until that confirmation is received, the bet has not been accepted. System delays, network interruptions, or browser closures before confirmation is received mean the bet has not been placed, regardless of whether the stake was deducted from your balance — HeyBaji will return any deducted amounts if a bet is not confirmed.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the relevant market page. HeyBaji reserves the right to set individual maximum win limits and to limit the maximum stake available to any individual player on any market at its discretion.

Market Void and Suspension: HeyBaji reserves the right to void any market or suspend betting at any time. Markets may be suspended due to breaking news, injury updates, match delays, or other events that materially affect the correct pricing of outcomes. Where a market is voided, all stakes are returned to player wallets at the original odds.

Match Settlement: Sports betting markets are settled using official results as determined by the relevant governing body (PCB for cricket, FIFA for football, ESL for CS2, etc.). HeyBaji will make every effort to settle markets promptly following the completion of the event. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time of placement, not any earlier or later point.

Prohibited Behaviour: The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets on HeyBaji.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system glitches to place bets at incorrect odds.
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes through matched betting or arbitrage strategies that constitute abuse of promotions.
• Placing bets on events where you have prior knowledge of the outcome.
• Any form of collusion in poker or other competitive games offered on HeyBaji.

HeyBaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should remain affordable and enjoyable. HeyBaji provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and encourages all players to use them proactively.

The responsible gaming tools available on HeyBaji include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, and self-exclusion for durations from 6 months to 5 years. All tools are accessible from your account settings without requiring contact with support.

If you self-exclude from HeyBaji, you may not register a new account for the duration of your exclusion. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under a different identity will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

HeyBaji reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these terms have been violated, that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at HeyBaji's discretion. Where an account is closed at HeyBaji's initiative for reasons not related to player misconduct, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting HeyBaji support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal. Account closure does not cancel existing responsible gaming exclusions — these remain in force as agreed.

All content published on HeyBaji — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, odds data, game software, user interface design, and the HeyBaji brand name itself — is the property of HeyBaji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use HeyBaji's content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with using the platform. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any HeyBaji content without prior written permission from HeyBaji.

The HeyBaji name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of HeyBaji. Use of these marks in any context not expressly authorised by HeyBaji is prohibited.

HeyBaji provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent availability and accuracy of the platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HeyBaji's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of verified real money deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. HeyBaji is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

HeyBaji is not responsible for any loss arising from: delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors; internet or network connectivity issues on the player's side; events outside HeyBaji's reasonable control including government actions, natural disasters, or technical failures of third-party service providers.

HeyBaji may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — HeyBaji will notify registered players via SMS or email to the contact details held on their account, giving reasonable notice before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should cease using HeyBaji and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance and closure of your account.
